Charlotte was found crying loudly outside of a convenience store. She was very hungry, in a dangerous situation, showing signs that she was unable to find enough food for herself. She was trapped and brought in for evaluation. She already had an ear tip and appeared to have had some prior socialization.
Charlotte was wary at first but with time, toys, and treats she has warmed up quite a bit. Now she loves to play, and she enjoys pets from familiar faces. Even belly rubs! With newcomers she can be reserved and defensive but we’ve seen now that with persistence and care she will warm up.
